What to wear to Conservation Club

Most of the program is outdoors and will run in all weather conditions. Please ensure your child is wearing weather-appropriate clothing.

  • Closed shoes
  • Hat
  • Rain jacket if required

 What to bring to Conservation Club

  • Water bottle
  • Morning Tea
  • Lunch (or adults can order lunch from our café when booking, or after sign-in)*
  • Medications, inhalers, EpiPen as required
  • A device to take photos with is optional (Educators will not take photos, except when asked by participants with participants’ own devices)

Belongings will be left securely in the classroom during the program so participants can bring anything they need.

*For children with severe food allergies whom you wish to order a lunch for, we recommend ordering on the morning of the visit and speaking to kitchen staff about special accommodations.

Winter Conservation Club

Thursday 4th July

Time: 9:15am sign in. 10:00am – 4:00pm

Ages: Secondary school students

Cost: $119

Dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes, long pants and remember your hat or raincoat. Bring a water bottle, morning tea and lunch (BYO lunch, pre-order lunch, or purchase at our café before starting the program on the day)

Bookings are essential as places are limited to 16 participants each day.

Sign In

Please wait near the admissions entrance with your child 15 minutes prior to the start time (which varies seasonally). You and your child will be admitted through the education gate to be signed in by one of our Education Officers.

Latecomers will need to enter through the admissions building and may miss the start of the program, so please ensure timely arrival.

Pick Ups

Please wait near the admissions entrance at the scheduled pick-up time (which varies seasonally). You will be admitted through the education gate. Please do not leave with your child until you have both signed out with the Education Officer.

Providing Medical Information 

Completion of a Medical and Indemnity form is required during the booking process. Please ensure you can provide the required information for all the participants you are booking for (Emergency contact information, and details of any learning or physical needs).
